Went there to have my radiator replaced paid to $825 come to find out it was still leaking took it back a second time he replaced it after he told me it was my fault come to find out it was still leaking after the second time he supposedly replaced it Third time went to a different place paid $220 😯 $600 less and got it fixed right never going back

I had a cat converter and clutch put in. I thought i had a good company. The guy was nice and even tolerated me checking in several times. After the car was done, thats when real problems began. They did not do a thorough job. A ground wire not connected. Cost me money. A hose that is connected to cat converter was cut and just covered with another hose, caused car to have a vacuum leak and make god awful noise at startup. And under converter, they left an 02 sensor to where it melted against convertor. More cost for me. I travel for my job. So you can imagine the money and nuisance this has been

Top notch mechanic. Used him for 10 yrs plus. Very honest. Never fixes something that doesn’t need to be fixed. He has worked on almost every car I have owned. When the dealership couldn’t fix a problem under warranty, Mark fixed it and was paid by the warranty.

I had a cosmetic boo boo on my bumper. Made it look better and told me just live with it. They told me to save my money no need for repair. I thought that was awesome they didn't make a big deal about repairing it. That's what I call real customer service. Thank you so much. If I ever really need a repair I pray I don't but if I do I coming back.
