M & L Park City Shuttle

They did not show up for our pick up. We made a reservation to be picked up at the Salt Lake airport. I called and texted them for the driver to pick us up, as requested, and the owner, Lettie, told and texted me to get lost. She was extremely rude.

Wish I could give M&L and Julius 10 stars.
Our flight was delayed 3 hours until 2AM on one of the stormiest nights of the year. Julius stuck with us through treacherous conditions for a drop-off in Deer Valley. Highly highly recommend. Julius is a great guy.

Great service. Text confirmation was especially nice. Driver was on time, friendly and thoughtful about our departure needs. I called last minute on a holiday weekend and they were able to accommodate. Thanks again!

Very prompt and friendly service- I was able to book them the day of transfer back to the airport from Park City. Rates were extremely competitive- much more affordable - compared to other similar airport shuttle services or other ride services. Plan to come back to ski this winter and will absolutely use them again!

Picked us up from the airport, and drove us into the heart of Park City in a safe & clean ride. Best part was that he made a point to show us all the best spots to grab food, but groceries and even broke down a few tips about staying and ski / snowboarding Park City.

I just booked my 2nd trip to Park City using M&L Shuttle. Last time was an awesome experience. So here we go again.

I recently leaned on M&L Park City Shuttle for transportation during the most recent Sundance Film Festival, and man was I glad I did. Whether it was an airport run or local pick up in Park City, M&L did a wonderful job. They were on time and communicated very clearly. I always had the drivers information in case I needed to get a hold of him for any reason, and they provided a worry free service that left me knowing there would be a shuttle waiting for me at time when I needed it. They are very accessible via email and phone and reserving one is as simple as can be. I'd highly

M&L picked us & our skis up at SLC airport and took us to the Doubletree in Park City. Driver of the minivan was a safe driver. On return they were on time and took us to the terminal. Second driver had more info on where to eat and what to do. So we'll have to go back and use M&L again. Glad I used them as it was snowing on both trips. Minivans we're comfortable.

Outstanding service! Driver was polite and got me to my destination on time and safely. Definitely using M&L next time.

The pros: Great price, punctual service, safe driving.
The cons: The man who picked us up was dressed unprofessionally, had no idea where we were going (despite us submitting our destination address with the reservation) and had his seat so far back that it made it uncomfortable to sit in the van.

Even though I think the price of the service is reasonable, these smaller things seemed to not match the price point of this service. Would hope an increase on customer service/ comfort to match the price point happens with this service.

M&L provided fantastic service. I emailed for a quote and received a prompt phone call to discuss/confirm. Julius was a super punctual, safe driver and a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely use again on next trip to Park city

After calling the first 5 options on Yelp, we booked M&L because their quote for a private car beat out all the others - even the shared shuttles.

We booked same-day over the phone and an awesomely jolly man picked us up a few hours later. He chatted us up the whole ride and was a really good guy - and it turns out he owns the fleet of M&L vans.

Service was great, driver was a great guy, price was right.

One thing that was kind of disturbing. Our driver is a Hispanic-looking dude (we didn't get into his origins, though he mentioned he was originally from Florida) and he told us

This is a great transportation company. Will pick you up at 11 pm with a smile. A super easy and affordable way to get to Park City from the airport. We would use them again without hesitation. On time, friendly, and professional.

I called at 10:30 pm needing a 5am ride to the airport, after calling 4 other companies and finding that one was booked up and the others don't answer their phones at night. This guy answered, told me there'd be an extra fee for such an early ride (that was fine with me), and booked it. Turns out that he couldn't get any of his drivers out that early so he came himself.

We use M&L each time we stay in Park City & the service is always exceptional. They pick you up in a Cadillac Escalade and get you to and from each destination with such professionalism, comfort and style, that you actually look forward to your "cab" ride.

Friendly on-time service at a really reasonable rate. What else could you ask for? Will use them again for next Park City trip.

Service here is great. We used them three times during our trip. They are prompt, pleasant, and well equipped to handle whatever number of passengers and equipment that you have. Plus, they have the cheapest rates as your group gets larger.

They also pick you up any time you want, not like other places where you can only get picked up on the hour. No minimum passenger fee, or super early/super late pick up time charges.
