Cross Creek Cabins offers five cozy, fully-furnished Log Cabins located in scenic Linville Falls -- a unique destination, home of the well-known "Waterfalls" and the mysterious "Brown Mountain Lights." We are located on Highway 183, one mile east of US Hwy 221 in Linville Falls. Open year-round, each of the Log Cabins are private and secluded, situated within a natural, heavily wooded environment.
In addition to individual campfire areas at each cabin, there is an extensive meadow with a sheltered picnic area along with a large fresh-water, spring-fed pond and a meandering creek with free on-site fishing. There are numerous walking trails to explore and many opportunities to watch for wildlife.

Talking with Caroline on the phone already made me feel so calm and when me and my husband with our two puppies got there, it were more than we expected. The property is a paradise. Everything you need to get away from crazy. We rented the Fishing Bear. We loved it. Felt like our home. We wanted to stay for ever. Caroline and Paul are so loving people. They are family to us.

Cross Creek Log Cabins is a great place to get away and spend a weekend or longer if you love the mountains. The cabins are really nice, clean, and furnished with everything you need, and are very affordable. They're very close to many mountain attractions. You won't find cabins any nicer than these, and the owners are very nice people. I would recommend Cross Creek Log Cabins to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.
