GPP has customers in all 50 states and many foreign countries; providing promotional materials and advertising specialties to businesses that include automotive dealers, schools, churches, real estate agencies, associations, marketing agencies and retail stores. GPP moved into its current 10,000 SF facility (pictured above) near Orlando, Florida, expanding its inventory and quick-ship capabilities.

I work with Dante and he is always so friendly. He checks on me periodically to be sure I have everything I need and does what he says he is going to do. We've ordered everything from a Giant Inflatables to key tabs. We receive our products quickly and they are great quality. I highly recommend Gallagher Promotional Products. Almost every time I place an order with Donte, it is accurate and delivered on time. Rarely is anything wrong with the orders I place. If there is, A simple phone call (even on a voice mail) the correction is made and the replacement is on the way and arrives rapidly. The returns are never a problem with Gallagher. I receive the return information and the product is picked up and I never hear anything about it. A very efficient process in dealing with Donte and Gallagher Promotional products.

Customer service is beyond! Haven't haven't had this type of quality and care in awhile. Haven't received my products yet, but have no doubt that if I have any issues, they will take care of it. Special shout out to Victor, Sales Manager, who has walked me through this entire process. He was quick with his responses and came off as very genuine. He made sure he understood what I was asking for and clarified my entire order so as not to make any mistakes. We had a tricky order, with 20+ requests and different shipping addresses. He understood my complete order and without being a pushy sales person

By far the best company ever! Such quick turnaround. Their customer service is top notch. I've been lucky to create a personal friendship with my current rep and previous rep. Ask for Sean brown for any orders you need. My old rep was mike Schwartz and I was heartbroken when he left but Sean just picked up right where mike left off.

I called and spoke to Trisha, who was very kind, and helpful over the phone, as well as being fast, efficient, and detail oriented. She made placing an order by phone even easier than placing an order over the web.

Mike Schwartz is my Rep and he is the absolute best. I left my current dealership for a short time and tried to order products from another promotional product company that we were set up with and I had the worst experience ever. When I cam back to my current dealership, I got Mike's number and called him immediately. I know that if he can help me then he will. Fast and easy ordering, delivery, and follow up.
