I work for a small business and we were looking to create a challenge coin for our business. I did extensive research on the web and decided to use Lapel Pins & Coins to request a design for our coin. This company provides excellent customer service from start to finish during our design process. The artist who worked on our coin did an outstanding job creating our design and was extremely patient with us during this process. I work in marketing and have used many different 3rd party companies like Lapel Pins & Coins. I had a bad experience with another company who was not listening to my requests, wasting a lot of my time. After one too many mistakes I tried Lapel Pins & Coins. Lapel Pins & Coins paid attention to my requests, insured they understood what I meant, and produced exactly what I wanted essentially on the first try. We wanted to do something in-house for our solo/ensemble contest but didn't want the kids to walk away empty handed. Just wow! A1 service from the jump! Cori was so helpful through all the drafts and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. After 6 drafts, got approval from management and the pins were ordered. Took exactly 2 weeks for the pins to be made and received in Minnesota. Thanks again, Cori! Will order again in the future!
