Services
Located in Huntington Beach, CA, Kellie's Academy for Kids provides high quality childcare programs for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 14 years of age. We provide an environment that is safe, trusting, healthy, nurturing and educational. We embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of all children.
We celebrate the unique qualities of each and every child in our care and cater to them as individuals, as well as part of a group. We would love to meet with you and tell you all about our programs so you can make an informed decision about your child's care.
We incorporate: Music, art, stories, language arts, science and cognitive activities throughout the day. Children are scheduled time for self-directed activities, which include the cognitive centers, dramatic play, reading, science, large motor activities (such as building blocks) and small motor activities.
Breakfast: Children may bring breakfast from home and eat at the center between the hours of 6:30 and 7:45 a.m. Breakfast is over at 8:00. You must serve food that is already prepared, in containers and ready to go. We do not provide milk at breakfast. Snacks: We provide a nutritious snack every morning and afternoon, along with juice/milk.
At Kellie's Academy for Kids, we know that trusting your children with another caretaker is a big step. Sending your child to preschool or an after-school care program can be a major change for both you and your child. My daughters have been going to Kelly's for 3 years now and it's their second home. I have never had a daycare where my kids actually ask to stay late and look forward to their summer day camp. Darlyn, Bob, Danae, and all their teachers do an amazing job making you feel like family. I 100% recommend this daycare to all my friends and highly recommend them to you too.
