These guys fixed the zipper on my winter coat and got stains out of it I thought would be there forever. They did it quickly and we’re always cheery when I went it. I’ll definitely bring more things there in the future. I highly recommend them!

I always bring my patients clothing (I'm a home health aide) here. The staff is amazing, super nice, helpful, efficient. There is just one thing that concerns me and that is heat stroke. It is very hot in there and I know that every worker must be running around. There needs to be AC or something because just standing in there for 10 mins I was ready to chug 6 gallons of water and flipflop around in the floor like a fish out of water. Other than that, the place is amazing just might need AC in the summers for the safety of all.

I dropped off dress and jacket to be pressed, the jacket came back worse than when I dropped it off, it had a double crease on one sleeve, a crease down the middle of the back and wrinkles all over the front none of which were there when I dropped it off. I didn't expect to pay for more wrinkles. So dissapointed!

Stay away! They have ruined my favorite clothes. Don't take anything there with buttons and adornments. Each time I made sure AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY DO SPECIAL TREATMENT BUT THEY DIDN'T. They don't own up to their mistakes so it's your loss - expensive and heartbreaking. Also, don't get anything mended - had a horrible experience there.

Nor'east Cleaners is a great organization with wonderful results and outstanding service. They are attentive, care for your belongings, offer competent tailoring and alterations and repairs. We use the pickup service. The drivers are friendly and helpful. We are so glad we found this company and have been using them for years. I'd never switch. We recommend them any chance we get.

Great dry cleaner. They had a driver pick up and deliver my clothes on the day and time they promised. My suits are immaculate and my blouses are perfectly cleaned and pressed. I was using a different cleaners, but their cleaning service has been less than acceptable for some time. I only continued with them because they offer pick up and delivery.

I used to love Nor'East Cleaners, even when they came earlier than they said they would and I missed them. Or even when I put my dry cleaning out and they didn't see it and drove away.
But I recently sent in a favorite suit coat and got it back with every single button broken. I called them and they claimed it came in like that and refused to make it right.
First of all, I would never wear it in this condition. Second, how could I break all the buttons at once? Third, they're broken in such a way where just the surface is chipped - consistent with what a large flat press might

We live in NBPT and have been getting the home deliver service. I can't say enough good things about Nor'east. Friendly, punctual and they do a great job. With so much going on between work, kids, etc, it is nice to know that I don't have to remember to pick up my dry cleaning. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The way in which they process the clothing -- clean, professional looking hangers, NO STAPLES OR SAFETY PINS through the clothes, consistent...You pay more but man oh man, come to Boston. I'd pay through the nose to get a dry cleaner as good as Nor'east.
I loved the delivery service when I was living full time on Cape Ann. There was an instance where they damaged a shirt and no fuss, they immediately compensated me for it.
