Pick a delivery location: We understand you are busy. Most customers are not home when we pick-up and deliver their clothes. It's not a problem. Once you set up an account we will help you to choose a convenient Pickup & Delivery location. Leave your bag out: We will supply you with a Pickup & Delivery laundry bag, which you leave in your pickup location for our friendly delivery driver to retrieve.

Took in our bedding to be drycleaned and they destroyed it all. $1500 worth of bedding damaged. We were promised a phone call by the owner the day it occured but received none. To this day he hasnt returned our calls, emails, or messages. More alarming is the pieces were noticeably damaged and they were not upfront with it but rather let us pay for the drycleaning go home and discover it ourselves. After feeling like a nuisance this past week we finally got them to reimburse us for two of the items but they are still not accepting responsibility for the third piece. The manufacturer gave us a letter

Excellent, excellent. Quality of workmanship and friendly staff make this the only cleaner that's worth using. All their services cleaning, tailoring, and leather and swade service are top notch. My cleaning and tailoring has been done by Ernie's company for about 40 years and I've never been dissatisfied. Take my advice, if you're particular and want good service and clean well fitted clothes, Faulkner's is the place for you. Bet on it!!!

Rates are comparable to or lower than other drycleaners in the area, and they have free pickup/delivery. They come on Mondays *and* Thursdays and almost always have my clothes ready the very next time I come around (very occasionally I'll have to wait a full week).
