Shannon's Corner Butcher Shoppe & Deli are proud to be a part of downtown Lombard. The butcher shoppe opened in September of 2009 under the original name of Clancy's. The Deli opened October of 2012. Theresa is our manager and will gladly help you with any questions or help you plan any events you are planning.

Services
Baked ham, cappicola, genoa salami, pepporoni, provolone, mozzarella, lettuce, red onion and tomato with our sauce. Swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, cucumbers, red onion, lettuce, tomato and roasted red peppers with pesto mayo. Marinated hanger steak, sauteed jalapenos and red onion, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and sour cream.
A blend of Romain, Iceberg and Green Leaf with chopped roasted red pepper, egg goat cheese, walnuts, tomatoes, cucumbers. Mixed greens topped with salami, capicolla, baked ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone, tomato and red onion. Served with our balsamic. To add assorted breads - $2.00 per person.

There was a death in the family and I was calling from New York. I wanted a tray of sandwiches sent to the house so they didn’t have to make anything.
Not only did they get there immediately, everyone commented on how delicious they are. I cannot thank you enough. You put a smile on faces that were otherwise very sad, even if just for a moment.

Very nice! Order at the counter when you come in. There is a paper menu which lists more items than the chalkboard, so check that out. A daily special is chalked on the wall above the cashier - today it was the cuban sami. I had a salad and my wife had a grilled chicken sami with chips, and she said it was top-notch. We ate on the deck upstairs, which was very pleasant. They have a soda fountain with coke products, and also fresh-brewed iced tea with either sugar or artificial sweeteners available. We definitely will be back for lunch again.

Very cute little place. The employees are very friendly. My kids LOVED the chicken fingers (they are hard to impress), I got a chicken sandwich.. it was very tasty. But the winner winner was my husband that got the hot steak supreme!! Omg this was good! Next time I'm ordering that for sure. Can't wait to come back!
