My daughter was travelling alone from Austin to Colorado when she encounter a minor issue she needed checked out. Not knowing Lubbock she chose Nick's from reviews she read. Though the shop was packed, she was immediately seen and after a thorough check under the hood, was assured there was no known issue, and was not charged anything. What a comfort to this father, that Nick's took such care of my daughter, who arrived safely home later that day. Thank you, Nick's!

These guys are great! I will never take my truck back to the dealership that sold me my truck. That dealership charged me $150 for them to be completely wrong. Nick's Automotive will be my go to for mechanic work.

Just towed in from Lubbock transmission out. The shop in Lubbock was over 4k I think Nick can do if for much less even with the $600 something tow charge.

I neverrrrr write reviews but I am in complete awe of the level of care from the mechanics at Nick’s. I was driving through town and ended up in an accident. Nick’s was the only place willing to see me, even with their busy schedule. They did not try to sell me unnecessary services/parts. It’s clear they value their customers, which in my experiences is SO rare. If I was local, they would definitely be my go-to! Jarib & Avery worked with me personally, but all of the mechanics were friendly and professional!

The owner of the vehicle I'm using informed me that they normally use this business to service their cars. I understand why they do. It's rare that you meet auto mechanics that truly want what's needed to be done instead of padding their pocketbooks with upselling. They see us again.
