You are very good at your job. However, as Human Resources becomes its own profession, the hiring process has moved further away from front line hiring managers. It is subject to high-tech screening and tortuous interview stages before you meet the person who ultimately decides if you have what it takes to do the job.

Pete’s help was a game-changer. I had gotten laid off after 25 years with the same company. Searching for a job had changed so much that I felt lost and a bit overwhelmed. Peter’s interview coaching process was amazing and relevant in today’s virtual world. Just to see yourself on camera, to be asked tough questions, and to have to think about what might make your answers better is great practice. I really felt his program materials were helpful too.
