Recently took over a run down liquor store and wanted to make a statement to the community that the store was a new and modern space. Everyone, from management, to graphic design, to installation, and logistics took the initiative to make sure the product was exactly what we needed and at a reasonable price. I'd spoken with a few other companies that wanted to charge half-again as much for a poorer-quality product and were not particularly helpful in the process.

Paid $11,404 for an exterior signage to my business. Owner Robert came out, appeared very professional and timely. Gave image samples of what the sign would look like lit up. His wife Amy pretty much handled everything from here which was a little annoying as she clearly wasn't an expert in this field or in answering questions. After the job was done, sign looks great during day but illuminates very, very poorly. I emailed and called, always speaking to Amy. They came out again to look at the bulbs and claimed to replace them but absolutely no difference. The sign to this day still looks horrible
