I was one of right people staying in a large cabin! We all got together for a surprise birthday party for one of the other people! The cabin was big, very clean and we we're welcomed by the staff! Quickly shown where our cabin was, they helped us with getting our firewood and any questions we had! Very clean bath/shower house, also it's good size! They have lots of options for camping, such as you can tent camp, cabin camp Rv camp and silo camp! A 5 mph speed limit is inforced for everyone's safety, they also have a nice playground for the young and b-ball court, horseshoe's, volleyball and shuffle

Had a nice time at the campground. We had two spots in the back, and they were very spacious. The front spaces looked much closer together. It is conveniently located between town and the state park. I fished in the pond and even caught a few. Would recommend.

Nice smaller camp ground with friendly staff. My only complaint is in regards of finding a good, level spot. The spot I was assign straddled a small depression: pull too far forward or too far back made it very difficult to get level. Finally dropped boards but made the first step way too high. Anyway I will ask for a better spot next time.

We stopped and camped for the night on a road trip. The lady in the office was great and friendly! We also chatted with the owner before we left and he helped guide us to someone who could help us fix something on our camper that had broken. We really appreciated the help and the campground was nice and peaceful!

Great campground with friendly and helpful people. Several full hook-up pull-thru sites and the rest are back-in. Park your RV on one side of the site and your vehicle on the other. Fire ring and picnic table on your site too. EXTREMELY clean shower house! 41 is RIGHT THERE, but with a little music, roaring fire and great friends, worth staying. Different activities scheduled along with free fishing for all campers.

We are unable to make a planned trip from FL to IL due to RV issues and called to cancel 2+ weeks in advance of check in date. Their policy is no refunds. The only option was to reschedule (with a fee) which we are unable to do. Be aware when reserving at this campground.

Beautiful views, extremely peaceful, well maintained and clean. This place is a home away from home and the owners Dave and his wife are the absolute best. They make sure you have everything you need and that your as comfortable as possible. The prices are very affordable. Also the bathroom/ shower house is clean and has amazingly warm water. Cant wait to go back and visit

We had a lovely time here. We reserved a cabin and a campsight with electricity. The only issue I have is you cannot swim in the pond and you aren't allowed to put your own canoes or kayaks in the pond but you can rent their pedalboats for $3/half hour or $5/hour.
