Our office was established in 2008 in Dallas, GA. We provide care for patients that a few days old to 100 years old! We provide spinal adjusting, extremity adjusting, pediatric care, soft tissue mobilization, disc injury care, KT taping and exercise education, and massage therapy services. Our mission is to improve quality of life with optimum health and wellness through education and service of chiropractic care.

Dr. Vaughn worked in Powder Springs, GA for 4 years before starting his own practice in 2008. Dr. Vaughn and his staff had their first office in Dallas, GA near East Paulding High School before moving locations to the North Paulding area in 2018. Dr. Vaughn also has training and experience in sports chiropractic.
Doctors of Chiropractic - often referred to as chiropractors or chiropractic physicians - practice a hands-on, drug-free approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment of subluxations. Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

Our receptionist/patient manager is available at all times to expertly answer your concerns and questions about your chiropractic care, your care schedule, or finances.
Our office has recently experienced a higher than normal volume of last-minute cancellations and patients who do not show up or call to cancel their appointments. We understand that last minute emergencies are inevitable and we have always been flexible in such cases. We have always asked our patients to at least call and let us know you are cancelling as soon as possible.
