IMHO: RUN!
Less than zero stars:
For the heavy set guy named “Bryan” at the front counter.
He was shockingly RUDE, time after time.
Counter man Bryan was repeatedly arrogant, hostile and condescending while providing pathetically incompetent service.
Again, IMHO:
Do not waste your time or money at Bryant’s Tractor Lawnmower, if the guy named “Bryan” has not been fired yet, you will likely be abused and provided terrible service.

I have been going to Bryant Tractor & Mower for years. Their old-style customer service was a welcome relief from the rest of the businesses I’m forced to deal with.
Today was different. I went in to pick up my mower and got in line. There were three workers helping one customer. The customer had a mysterious chain from a chain saw. The four of them were having a spirited conversation on the origins of the chain, the kind of metal it was made of. At no point was my presence acknowledged.
I finally asked if I should come back later. The guy I did not recognize told me to “just be patient”

Went to this business as we have purchased from them before. We were looking for a chain saw. The heavy set guy was very rude to the gentleman in front of us and told him he had to get at end of line. He had already spoken to a gal who told him to 3over to other door. Then he came up to line and said " next". My husband said he wanted to look at chain saws. He proceeded to tell my husband no one is allowed in store and if we waited someone would bring one out for us to look at. Not very good business and so we left and went to McLendons and bought a new chainsaw there. We will never go back to
