The history of Brim Tractor begins with the history of Bill Brim, Dan's father. Brought up on a dairy farm in Longview, WA, Bill was only 22 when he became part-owner of his first tractor dealership. Bill was in the tractor business for forty years, from 1947 to 1987. Bill and Dan's mother, Margaret, founded Brim Tractor Company in Lynden in 1966.
Introducing Nick Steele, our Service Manager at our Chehalis, WA store. Nick brings an impressive and well rounded background in agricultural mechanics and management to Brim Tractor. He was a mechanic for 14 years and has been in management for the past 7. He enjoys helping the hard working class of America make a living in agriculture.

Beware of Carl Capps!! I bought a $53,000 crawler and asked Carl, with his expertise" about the potential for using street pads on the crawler versus stock pads. He said they were great and safe on asphalt. I then asked. since I have a vineyard with a slope, how those street pads perform on a slope as far as traction goes. He told me they do fine, so I purchased the $2,000 pads. The very first time I used the pads in the vineyard the crawler slipped so bad that it was too dangerous to use. I then contacted Carl about the problem since he was the presumed expert and he told me "well
