Well, they are very busy and their schedule is easily a month or more to get something done according to what I was told. I walked in with my chair cushions and fabric to get a quote. While the front of the shop was occupied by a grandmotherly type women, she did not seem pleased that I came in and just immediately said that they couldn't get to it for at least month. Proceeded to tell me some one had called out today and that somebody else was going on vacation in a week or two. She didn't greet me or ask how she could help. I said I wasn't in any particular hurry but she didn't seem interested

My experience was outstanding. Mrs. Long is a charming lady. Tim took my sofa and club chair away and brought them back in good time. This was most impressive, as I had attempted to reupholster the sofa myself, using up much of the cloth that I had. Tim worked a miracle, upholstering that sofa without needing more cloth! Both the sofa and the club chair look absolutely beautiful. I will go to them again and again with my furniture and could not provide a stronger recommendation for ANY business.

I brought in some pieces from my car that needed to be reupholstered. The older guy, Greg?, said he could do it and we picked out a fabric. He said he would call in a few weeks. Two months later, after I did not hear from him, I stopped by. He had not even started and said he would do it that week. I waited another month and dropped in. He still had not started! He said he was busy. I toll my parts back and will find a more reliable person. If he did not want the small job, why did he tell me he would do it?

The folks here don't seem to value their customers. Even though their website states "send an email, or call and they would be happy to provide you with a quote and more information regarding your upholstery and fabric needs." don't hold your breath waiting for a response. They "get too many emails every day." The person I spoke to had a rotten attitude and didn't care that I would have to drive 45 minutes 1-way to get a rough estimate for a repair.

What an Amazing Job!!! I had a large sofa recovered with the throw pillows and they finished in 5 days. Tim let us know that they would take a few days off over July 4th so if he picked it up early he could possibly get it back in 2 weeks. He finished it in 5 days but really 4 days because he picked it up on Monday and returned it Friday morning. They did beautiful work and re-stuffed our back cushions. It looks brand new. I will definitely use them again and really appreciate their incredible customer service.

Great experience with this family owned business. I initially visited before Thanksgiving and Tim was very honest in setting proper expectations because it was a busy time for them. However, he promised if I came after Thanksgiving he could have chairs completed in a week. I literally dropped my chairs off this Tuesday right before closing and received a call Friday (yesterday) afternoon my chairs were ready! Not only did he complete the project in 3 days and was courteous to deliver...my chairs look absolutely stunning. Their price was extremely reasonable. I cannot thank you enough and will definitely

I went around Roswell and Alpharetta asking around for a recommendation to get my interior in my car repaired. I was told that Mr. Long and Long's Upholstery was the place to go. I went there and showed Mr. Long what kind of work that needed to be done. Thankfully he had the exact interior patch for my vehicle. He told me the price and how long it'd take. It took me about 2 months to come back to get it done because I had to come and get it done on my next off day. I came back to get it done on my off day during the week and Mr. and Mrs. Long were both courteous and the work was done

Took my headliner there. Told them to do a good job, I would pay top dollar. 2 weeks later, I come back and my headliner is still in the pile. Ok. 2 more weeks go by, same story. To cut to the chase, 6 weeks later I finally got it after stopping by 3 times. Maybe that's industry standard?

I had Tim Long re-upholster two vintage/modern metal on black leather chairs. I had picked them up at a garage sale and they were in horrible shape. Tim picked them up on a Friday, ordered the new leather, padded the cushions, braced the seat, and upholstered them. They are amazing!! Tim said he would have them back to me in 2 weeks, and they were at my door exactly 2 weeks later. I have put them in my office and on the first day received over 20 compliments on them.
I will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to my friends!
