Your Safety is our number one concern in our Moon Bouncing and Sliding Business. Even though our inflatables, that we supply, are built and designed for everyone's Safety, we still give a complete explanation on how to operate each inflatable upon a rental without an attendant. Our Giant Slides, and Obstacle Courses are always supplied with an attendant to ensure the highest level of safety for our clients.
How long does it take to set up and take down? After review of our safety guidelines, both the set up and the removal of our equipment takes between 20 to 30 minutes. The renter (minimum of 18 years of age) must be present at the time of delivery. How much does it cost for delivery and set up? All of our equipment's delivery, set up and pick up is free with each one of our rentals in all of Nassau County and Most of Suffolk County.

Highly recommend. I was nervous as I simple did a google search when looking for a place to rent a bounce house and given the small number of reviews but it was amazing. Prices are reasonable, I did everything on their website but called to confirm, and on the day of, they showed up on time, set up and broke down. It was seamless. The kids had a blast. What more could you ask for? Will use them again.

Not what I was expecting. I rented 2 items: an inflatable castle and a dunk tank. The latter was not only obsolete, but did not work at all. Also the one they show and promote online is not what they delivered and installed, it was horrible and a wasting of money. Several times I reached out, called, and sent emails, did not heard from them. They got thhe money and left. Won't use it anymore and do not recommend it. For sure there should be other decent companies with a customer service and that whatever you'll rent will be worth the money. Please do not go there. Not good.

Got the Justice League bouncey house, along with some chairs and tables yesterday for my sons 3rd Birthday, I must say that it was perfect! All the children even adults enjoyed the bouncey house. They were very organized with timing and bringing the proper equipments asked for. Definitely look forward to using this company again. I definitely recommend anyone doing an outdoor party to use them!

The entire experience was great, from scheduling to the day of the event! The men that delivered the equipment and set it up did a wonderful job and made sure I was happy. The lady that supervised the use of the inflatable also made sure we were comfortable with and knew how to use the snow cone machine we rented. I will definitely use them again! The Mickey Mouse 5 in 1 combo is AMAZING and the kids LOVED it!!

Just rented a bounce castle and popcorn machine for my daughter's 7th birthday party. I ordered and paid online through NY Inflatable's website. The website was very clear and informative so I had no need to a speak to a representative. On the day of the event, they showed up exactly when requested. Set up was quick and efficient and we were given clear instructions as to how to safely operate and supervise the equipment. The bounce castle was clean and in good condition as was the popcorn. Had a great experience! Customer Service over the phone was very helpful with any and all questions I had. The delivery was on time and the attendant was extremely friendly and great with the kids. I definitely will be using this inflatable company again. There service was used for a Church Event and even members were very pleased with there service as well.

We have been renting bouncy castles from New York Inflatables, Inc. for several years now for our Annual Street Fair. They are punctual, professional, and just delightful to work with. The attendants are great with the kids. We plan on using them again this year at our Fair. We can't have fun without them!

Rented the "Extra Large Fun House" inflatable bounce house for a bunch of adults at a party. Awesome customer service. Answered all my many detailed questions about adults using the bounce house (and not breaking it). The inflatable bounce house arrived very promptly despite the traffic, was clean and as advertised. Drivers/setup crew kept in cell phone contact as necessary. Would definitely rent again the next time I need an inflatable bounce house!
