Jump and Jam Long Island Inc. - Slides and Waterslide rentals Serving New York Contact Us (516)595-7333 Residential/Home - Rentals are full day rentals. Full day means we deliver, set-up and show you how to operate the slide. Then we leave and return the next day to pick up the rented item. Attendants are not included in the rental price.
If you are looking for a large event during our off season please give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you or refer you to one of our fellow friendly competitor's that we work with. If you are looking to book for next season you can either go online to book or leave us a message and we will get back to you shortly.
If renting multiple times or multiple days in a row we can offer much better rates - call to discuss. Churches and schools service our communities in special ways. As a result we want to help our schools and churches for their rental parties. Whether it's a Grad Night Party, school festival, youth event or any other type of event, we want to help.

It was easy , simple ph call 48hr before the event (since it was cold month) to confirm they came installed & left . Same thing with pick up. To my luck i had left my phone in the bouncy . The crew quickly located it & i was able to pick up . I witnessed them cleaning their bouncy houses fully disinfect & i like that ! Thank you to Tim M , natasha,& the other crew members

Dan and his team were great! We hired them for my niece's 8th birthday. Everything was just so easy and the kids loved the bounce houses. We spulrged and got 2 of them. And all the adults loved it since it kept the kids occupied and well we took in some of the fun too and bounced around. We also got the carnival booths with the games the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend them for any kid party!

Thank you Jump and Jam so much for providing so much bouncing fun to all the kids at my son's first birthday! Jump and Jam was very easy to work with. They called the day before to give me a window time and came exactly when told. The kids had a blast in the bounce house and the bounce house fit the theme of the party. We loved that they offered toddler bounds houses which allowed kids of all ages 1-10 to have fun in the bounce house. Although the kids did no notice or care, the bounce house came to us a bit dirty with leaves and such. However, I would be sure to order an other bounce house

We have rented from Jump And Jam Long Island for about 3 or 4 years now. The service has always been very good and we use them every year. The first time I called them for my sons birthday at our house and we ordered the Justice League bounce house with the slide inside. The bounce house looked brand new and was bigger than I had thought from the pictures. The kids loved the bouncer and they had a great time. It kept the kids busy so us adults could enjoy the party.
Last year we decided to have a block party on our block for the first time I have lived there. I got stuck making all the arrangements

Do NOT do business with these people. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
I contacted them about a month before my nephew's 7th birthday party to arrange for an obstacle course that they advertised on their website.
They said on their website that they had it. I was VERY specific that we wanted that particular obstacle course. We even signed a contract for that particular obstacle course (because it was exactly the theme of my nephew's party) and gave them a credit card payment.

I rented a tent package that came with a 15x15 ft white tent, 7 tables and 40 chairs as well as a cotton candy machine and a 15x15 ft bounce castle. We were having a party on Sunday and everything was delivered and set up early afternoon on Saturday! They came and set up everything and showed us how to use the bouncer and cotton candy machine. The party was great and they came Monday afternoon to pick everything up. We didnt have to do a thing! And it was really nice to have the bouncer the extra time, my kids used it the whole weekend!
