I bought a new Honda ATV from these guys a few weeks ago, everything was handled promptly and the unit was delivered to my house the following day with all of the completed paperwork. Had a small issue with the unit and their mechanics picked it up the very next day, corrected the issue, and promptly delivered the unit back to my doorstep. What more do you want? Good group of guys

Not one for posting bad reviews but this place over charges. I give them props for the fast service. They charged me .67 hours labor to mount a tire on a rim. The rim wasn't even on the motorcycle. Not my first poor experience at this establishment, but will be my last. Definitely won't be going back, which is sad considering I bought the bike new from Chet.

I took my BMW motorcycle here to get tires put on. When I approach the building they had a nice display of ATVs outside. Walking in there's a beautiful Harley sitting to my right on display and various types of motorcycles ranging in all different sizes and qualities. Making my way back to the service desk talking to the staff was very pleasant. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and worked excellent together as a team completing tasks and sales. The worst customer service ever! Only reason I shopped here was they were the only place with a pit bike in stock.
They left us setting around for an hour when they were supposedly running it through heat cycles however they were just charging a battery then ran the piss out of it on the road. When my husband asked them if they knew how to run a proper heat cycle they said yes, then my husband said you know you didn't run it through the proper heat cycle he says ya I know.
This place is a joke.

Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had, unfortunately they had the only youth ATV left in stock anywhere around, or else I never even would have made it to the store.
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND making your way to LEADERS RPM and dealing with Mike over there if you can. These are two totally opposite experiences, as I just bought my personal ATV from them just a week ago.

So recently I decided to get a dr650. after looking around I could not find any for a good price here in Ohio but I found one here at paw paw. at first everything seamed to be going well, they answered all my questions to the best of their ability they also were able to pull my credit to see how much interest through them would be and when it was high even said i should seek other options. The new parts and service manager, Jeff, went above and beyond. I dropped off my jet ski with water damage. I was told it would be done within a week. I was happy with a week and I wasn't able to get anymore for at least 2-3 weeks. He had it done the next day. Not even 24 hours later. Pricing is completely fair and way less expensive than some of the other local "big dogs" where I used to go. I have found my new go-to for service and winterization.

The issue I came to Paw Paw cycle with was simple- I needed a tire and inner tube put on the rear wheel of my son's TT-R.
I was quoted $40, to put the tire and tube on. I had my own inner tube, which I had just placed a patch on due to my pinching it with a tire iron trying to get it on the rim myself (the process was not going well and that was why I wanted someone with the proper equipment to do the job).
I dropped the tube, tire and rim off around 1 pm. This is during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, so I waited about 5 minutes, outside a small "front desk area" room where

Hands down the most disrespectful and dishonest company I've ever dealt with! They will rip you off, stay far away! My bike only Needed a tune up and a rear shock. They held my bike 8 months In Total then gave it back to me in pieces. They're only response was sorry there was definitely some miscommunication here!

Complete incompetence and lack of ethical business practice. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I phoned from out-of-state on a Saturday around noon to purchase a specific motorcycle. A credit application was taken and approved. Salesman Andy told me the motorcycle was mine, further he would call by end of day with details as to whether the credit institution would be in-state or in my home state. No call, I called on Monday about noon, he said he couldn't remember the motorcycle. I reminded him and he said he would check with Finance Mgr. and call back by end of day -

I purchased my first ever ATV from Chad, who offered to price match because a competing dealer had the same ATV for much cheaper. He charged me $1478 in setup and freight fees. I questioned the price at the time and he said every dealer would charge similar fees. I believed him, and made the purchase. Yamaha also had an offer for a free winch or extended warranty, which he did not mention at the time, when he offered for me to buy the extended warranty. Weeks later, I decided to call several other dealers and ask what their dealer fees were. No one totaled more than $750. So, Chad price matched

I went to this store twice, and both times the customer service was poor. During my second visit, there were two employees at a desk talking when I walked in. However, neither of them greeted me, and I had to find someone to help me locate a product as no one was in the service department. When I did find an employee, he informed me that they were very busy, even though I was the only customer in the store. When I asked about a product, his response was very rude. I won't be back.

I had a great experience at Paw Paw Cycle. I was riding my old 1981 Yamaha when it lost brakes. I decided to go to Paw Paw Cycle to have them take a look at it. For only $25.00 they looked at it and told me what was wrong with it. It turns out that it needed a simple repair that only took a matter of hours to fix.
