Leaders RPM

It is my first time buying a CAN-AM product with RPM Leaders from Kalamazoo, by shortages issues I wait my new Outlander Limited 2022 for almost 6 months, but during all this time the communication was amazing from the dealer, providing always an update about the process, logistic and options, after receiving my machine, it exceed a lot my expectations and I am very happy for that, Thanks Tony Badgley for your support in all this process, I recommend a lot this dealer and all his staff.

I placed an order with Ron and the process was quick and easy. Mason took care of the finance and answered any questions and concerns I had. This is my second time purchasing a watercraft from leadersrpm and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My sales guy is no longer there and it takes multiple phone calls to get a human to answer the phone. It gets extremely frustrating to get a hold of someone on the phone when you are two hours away. I’ve been put on hold countless times and forgot about and have to call back again multiple times before I can get someone in parts to help. My rating is simply because of the many phone calls I have to put in before I can get help.

Huge shout out to the Leaders team. I have always had a great experience with them. Bought a sled from them in October and they were great. Their parts department/online sales team do not mess around when it come to getting orders shipped. Any time I have orderd anything form them the shipment has been unbelievably fast. Orderd a part yesterday afternoon was delivered to my door by 9 am the next day. Keep up the great work there!

We had a very positive experience! They had the outboard engine we were looking for at a great price. Jason was knowledgeable, very helpful and replied to all of my questions quickly. When a call was needed, he was available. Pick up was as planned with no issues! Overall, no complaints. Would purchase from them again!

Ordered a Can-Am 850 Outlander in September. Just received it due to industry delays. No problem though; Leaders took good care of us from point-of-sale to financing wrap-up. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. And, the showroom has plenty of accessories to offer.

This is the second time my husband and I have purchased from here. From sales to parts and service their staff handled all of our needs in a timely fashion. We appreciated their constant communication around our order, and will continue to come back!

This place is great! I first tried one of big dealerships and they wanted to charge over retail and I was not willing to pay more than retail. I was referred to Tony Badgley by a friend and not only was he fair priced but he was great to work with and he was very fast to respond on all my questions. I am not happy with the service I received after they made the sale. I asked about fixing some issues I have on my boat as well as winterization and storage, and they've basically done nothing to try to help me.

Picked up my 2022 spring order Backcountry X. The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second sled my husband and I have purchased through Leaders. Pricing is always the best. Would definitely recommend!

Bought a 2021 Can Am Maverick X3 Max, and it was a great experience. All members of the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Pickup went great, they walked me around my new machine and covered some of the features and basic operation. Financing was super smooth and professional and then they even helped me secure the machine on my trailer for the trip home. Thankful to have picked this dealership even when other dealers were closer.

I took my jet ski here while on vacation.. I was told to hit a restaurant down the street and wait for a call as it was being taken in under "emergency status" .. After hours of waiting and no call they closed for the day. The next morning I began calling again and after 2 of us tried for about a half an hour they finally answered the phone to tell me it would be a few more hours and I would get a call.. finally I arrive to get my jet ski and it's $600+ in "repairs" yet only $130 in parts
After placing it in the water and driving it for about 4 minutes it just cuts back

That seems like a generic response, anyhow I will not order anything else from them again and I advise others as well. Also the package was damaged because of very poor packaging not by the carrier. I ordered a fuel pump from another place, same carrier, without a scratch on it once received.

Great team of employees. From the first call to the last person spoke with when loading new Polaris Sportsman, this place is the best. We recently rented 2 Jet Skis. The service was great, the price seemed amazing ($450ish for both), and everything ran well. But then came the bait and switch.

A few weeks later, we found an additional $520 charge on our credit card for a bunch of nickel-and-dime "damages" including a tiny paint chip and over $300+ in labor fees because "we had to take it apart to make sure there wasn't seaweed inside - but there wasn't damage, so we're good". Now it's clear why the initial price was so competitive.

I recently purchased Polaris 1000 high lifter. great deal! i talked to another dealer in michigan but they didn't want to deal even though i was paying cash to bad for them. Called these people to see if they had the repair item that I needed and they said they did. When I got there they said they thought they did have it but where out. They said they could order it and have it in a day or so. So could I and at a lot less than what they wanted and delivered to my door. I've had this issue here before for parts. A wasted 30mile round trip is not going to get me back there for my next pwc, boat or motorcycle.

I am impressed with Leaders RPM. From first time I met Matt Van Dam after communicating through email everything went smoothly. They are people of their word. When I arrived even though there was no guarantee of me purchasing a 2017 Indian Vintage I was introduced to several members of the staff. They were all informative and friendly. After my 500 miles I returned for the 500 mile check up and they took very good care of me. The 10% discount given to buyers on all products is a plus. I highly recommend the team. I started my purchase via the Internet. Mike C was responsive, helpful and accurate with all the information given. They even have a delivery person that reviews everything you before you sign paperwork.

My personal experience with Leaders Marine in Kalamazoo is as follows...When we bought a boat from Leaders 4 years ago we thought they were great and helpful. However my husband and I just picked up our boat from Leaders on May 31, 2012 after a couple years of storage with them and I paid for a spring start up and told them that my husband and I were inexperienced and really needed all the help we could get so if they could insure the trailer including tires checked, etc. They called that morning (May 31) to let us know everything was all set and ready to go which was really nice and made us
