BOOTS Construction Company (BOOTS) is a commercial General Contractor operating since 2001 based in Colorado with offices in Denver and Seattle. We present a history of excellence and personal attention on more than 2,200 projects in the following markets: corporate interiors, legal, healthcare, lobbies and common areas, retail, restaurant, oil and gas, exterior renovations, structural modifications, ground-up and site development projects.
Having completed over 2,200 projects since our founding by Jim Boots in 2001 we strive to build lasting relationships on every project we perform. After earning a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Jim Boots moved west to San Francisco in 1983 joining the Bechtel Company.

Since founding BOOTS Construction in 2001, Owner Jim Boots has carefully assembled a well-rounded leadership team based on talent, commitment, and a friendly, helpful attitude regardless of circumstance.
There is nothing more important to success than a detailed understanding of each project's potential opportunities and complexities. We perform a job walk prior to budgeting or bidding every project to investigate building systems and operations protocols, BOOTS analyzes the probabilities of code-driven scope changes; coordinating required shut-downs or tie-ins; and connecting specialized tenant equipment.
Accuracy in cost estimating is a hallmark of the BOOTS process. We provide budgets, fee proposals, negotiated or lump sum pricing at every stage of the design process. Conceptual: We have a data base honed from completing over two thousand projects that we use for lineal and square foot pricing for every CSI Division.
At BOOTS, scheduling is a fluid process the stretches from our earliest involvement until final completion. In preconstruction, we evaluate the scope and the client's schedule expectations in light of anticipated complexities like long lead items. If we have concerns, we express them up front rather than agreeing to a schedule that can't be achieved.
