Simple Homes is 21st century home building. They utilize a very sophisticated laser layout system during the manufacturing process which takes place at their facility, rather than the build site. Very dynamic and diverse startup that I am sure will make waves in the Denver construction industry shortly. Precision, speed and reliability that translate into savings for the home buyer. Great group to work with as well. The learning never stop!
