Eryn Vienna of Cheng Real Estate Group is everything you want in a realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, timely and has excellent communication skills. She worked consistently for us right from the beginning to help us find our new home. Additionally, she assessed our needs and weeded out properties she knew wouldn’t work. When the right property did come on the market, her quick action enabled us to view the home in under 24 hours. In the recent market, being on top of listings was vital and she met that challenge. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her.
