I had to call them 7 times to try and order products for my car wash (turtles car wash) and each time they said “we’ll have someone call you back later today” for 2 weeks i had to keep calling them becuase my car wash was ready to open, all I needed was the products but they weren’t taking me seriously. Horrible customer service, horrible salesman ship. In the end i was getting impatient and called them and said “what’s going on? I need these products in order to open” and again they said they’ll have someone call me later today haha, and this time they did, he called with anger

Been trying to call this place for months, talked to a guy named Mike (their salesman), he said he would get back to me. Never did. So I called again, said he would get back to me, never did. You get the point. When I did finally get in touch with Mike, he was incredibly rude and brash and just made it obvious he wasn't interested in my business. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else if looking for supplies, this place is definitely not worth it, unless of course you want to waste your valuable time being bad-mouthed by Mike.
