Incidental Damage: We are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is being vacuumed or washed including but not limited to: any damage related to pre-existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust, etc.) damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades rear window wipers, loose trim or exterior moldings, exterior side mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, antennas, insignias, aftermarket accessories (bug shields, sun visors, spoilers), magnetic signage, running boards, hood ornaments, alloy, chrome or mag wheels, headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors, sunroof, windshield stress crack or pebble crack, spare wheel covers, wheel center caps & stem valves, vehicles over 5 years old or 100,000 miles, We are responsible for any damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition of your vehicle or is caused by another customer's actions.

Some of the dryers weren't providing enough suction. Ended up moving the truck to some vacuums that had okay suction. Had to re-wipe the outside of the windows because the wash wasn't great at it (I used everything they offered). The body of the truck looked better than when we came, although in some areas I did a little spot wipes because it could have done a better job. The tires looked good after the compilentary tire wipe. Customer service assistant was readyand able to help when my card wasn't reading and I was able to successfully pay and try this place out. Would I be going back? Probably

Paid $15 for a car wash. I have been to many car wash places over the last 30 years and this is the one times I have been disappointed beyond belief. The front of my car is still dirty and there is no tire shine on my wheels 😑 I did complain about the tire shine and they did offer to put more on my car manually. I did end up putting on more tire shine myself because i had a can in my car. I didn't take notice to the front of my car being dirty until afterwards. Oh and the vacuums here aee not worth a dime. My shark vacuum at home has more suction power. And yes I tried 3 different vacuums here

Terrible! Car wash only puts tire shine on 1 side driver side but not passenger as well as does not clean wheels on passenger side, also leaves untouched large parts uncleaned no matter how many times I ran it through. Canceled my unlimited as it was not worth the money. I switched over to fuller's car wash unlimited plan and oh my what a difference I highly recommend.

Decided to run my car through for a quick wash. It was a nice day for after all the heavy snow.. I wish I would have saw the signs when I noticed not that many people were in line to get a wash from this place. Basic wash cost me $11 only to come out of there with soap still on my car. Vacuum machines weren't working. No manager on site to speak with. Immediately after, went to get a wash somewhere else. I should have just took that extra drive to go to my usual spot, and it would have been way cheaper. Horrible experience!

This carwash is awful, it's $9 for the basic wash and it still left my car with dirt on both sides and all over the back, while my truck was going through the wash, the roating brushes on the driver side weren't even making contact with the truck, the dryers at the end did nowhere near the job they are supposed to do. It was just an all around over priced and under quality wash.The Buddy Bear wash on Ogden is $4 and it's so much better.
