I received a gift certificate for Livermore Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic because a friend of mine swears by acupuncture healing and knew how much pain I was in. I have (had) bad sciatica nerve pain to the point that I couldn't walk or stand for long periods of time. I went through therapy which would help for a couple of hours after but the pain always returned.
After all other options, including chiropractic care, I finally used my gift certificate. I wish I would have done it sooner! Vincent is fantastic! Honestly after the very first session, I felt better and within a few sessions

I have had really bad TMJ for years now. I have tried massages, exercises, ibuprofen, night guards, and so much more but none of it ever really relieved the pain. I was nervous about acupuncture but I was willing to try something new to help. Vincent Xie is so kind, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and less nervous. After a few sessions my jaw has felt SO much better. I go in now every month or so to keep up with it so it doesn't get worse again, but it is definitely worth it. Vincent is a miracle worker! First I'll start by saying his clinic is clean, smells wonderful, and is very peaceful. The music always is very relaxing and the atmosphere is too. Vincent is soft spoken and professional and extremely knowledgable about his profession. I have seen him for various ailments along with simply immune system and energy boost. I've been coming to Vincent for about a month now, and I'm very pleased in coming here. Vincent is knowledgeable, caring, and listens to your concerns.
I have been able to get the most relief here after many months of physical therapy and chiropractic care.
The office isn't anything fancy but it's clean and always relaxes me. I would recommend to anyone!

I was most skeptical of trying acupuncture for treating my ailments. I was used to traditional western medicine, but when that failed me I decided to turn to acupuncture and I'm so glad that I did.
Vincent is amazing! When I had my first child, the epidural that was given to me at the hospital re-injured a 20-year old back problem. I was unable to lift my 3-month old son. I went to Livermore Acupuncture and Vincent was able to rid me of the pain and discomfort after 2-3 visits.

Dr. Xie's treatments have been really helpful in alleviating my gastrointestinal issues. His treatments in alleviating my neck pain which I figured was just a new condition of advancing age were amazing.I saw continual improvement treatment after treatment. Vincent has a calm, friendly demeanor and he knows what he's doing. He did a great job treating a pinched nerve and some muscle aches in my neck.
He treats 3-4 other people at the same time and you can hear him constantly going in and out of the rooms. And you can hear the other conversations since the rooms aren't completely enclosed (like partitioned). While it can be hard to relax, the review is still five stars because at the end of the day, it's about feeling better and he did his job.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I started seeing Vincent Xie in September 2016, for lower back pain. I didn't want to use prescription pain killers.
The Accupuncture treatments really worked! I saw him twice a week at first, now I'm down to once a week. Plus, my 10 year struggle with insomnia was cured. I'm now off prescription sleep and pain meds.
I feel like a new person. I have energy and I'm more alert to enjoy life.

This post is long overdue. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I could. Dr. Vincent is a life saver. I had severe pain in my lower back one day and was unable to move. I called Dr. Vincent's office and got an appointment for the same day. Dr. Vincent is a very friendly, kind and very experienced doctor. After a thorough examination, he started my session which included acupuncture and cupping. I felt much better after the first few sessions.

Dr Xie has helped me recover from two separate shoulder injuries within a matter of days, both times. He's alleviated a majority of my carpal tunnel symptoms as well. I hurt everywhere, every joint and muscle. Went to The HMO and was told I most likely had a virus (nothin to do but give it time). After two weeks of hobbling around I went back to work. On week three, my boss (who had been there before and my co worker who also said I should go after her should issues were resolved there) made an appointment and drove me over. First session took about half an hour. I hurt everywhere already so it wasn't bad. The next day I felt much better, day after that - better. The only residual pain I had was on the heel of my foot, it was addressed the second session

I have seen Vincent several times for acupuncture and fire cupping. He is very professional and makes me feel comfortable every single time. When I started to see him for treatments my low back was causing a tremendous amount of pain while sitting and or standing for long lengths of time. After just a couple treatments I noticed I was not needing to take my pain meds and the pain level was much lower. The oil massage with the heat lamp is fabulous, it feels wonderful.
I was very skeptical at first but now I am a believer.
I would recommend Vincent to all my family and friends.

I have been going to Vincent for a few years now. When I have any issues with soreness, aches, pains or really anything - Vincent is my first call. He has always been able to alleviate my issues. I love not having to take pain relievers/medication for my aches and pains because I know that is what a western medicine Doctor would prescribe. Vincent is the best!
