Ordered a part for my snow blower. The shop is not responsive as to call back. Had to chase him. Called him many times,left messages and no call back.Went to his shop , he was angry. He is by himself, talk too long on the phone. Asked when I'll receive the carburetor that I had paid for, he was angry and showed me the door. Very poor customer relationship. Will not go there anymore.

1st I got my snow blower repair parts that I needed the day of the Feb 2021 snow storm. This was my first time there so I don't know if guy behind the counter losing his mind is like that all the time. He was going about 200 mph and I was the only customer there at the time.
He knew exactly what I needed without a doubt, and he wasn't wasting anytime doing it. The store is listed as a mower repair and sales but they're also handy with snow blowers. I would definitely go back if I need any help and would recommend the shop to anyone looking to buy or repair.
