Brought a Toro 2450 Snow Commander in for service and parts replacement which included the electric starter which had burnt out. Long and short is the machine runs like new. Personnel were good at explaining what might need or not need replacement. All in all,very pleased at how the snow blower works.

After giving them my business on all my commercial and residential equipment I am going to their competition. They take too long to complete equipment repairs because they place more value on their commercial landscaping accounts. My snowblower took over a month to complete. No parts were needed to be ordered. They completed the repairs without an estimate for repairs and not contacting me first for authorization. Then I wanted it delivered and the woman who took my credit card information told me that Craig stated it’s normally $100 for a one way delivery and they would do it for $50. I said

I previously wrote an angry post about these guys. That was wrong and I apologize. BUT telling a long time customer you don’t want to work on their machines anymore because you cannot properly fix the one he sent you is wrong. I am deeply saddened by how Daryl handled this. They always took such good care of my father when he owned the business and then me. But I guess like he said he was not making any money on me so he was bowing out. No problem. Best of luck to you guys. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a 28 inch snow blower with a clogged fuel system. I contacted Liffco, all rates were quoted in advance. I opted for pickup and delivery. Machine was serviced and delivered within days. The gentleman who dropped off the machine started it and gave tips for winter storage. Friendly staff, would use them again.

Darryl and Craig are absolutely excellent. There service for a new snow blower was outstanding... Walked in and 15 mins later paid for a brand new snow blower. 2 hours later it was delivered to my house gassed up and ready to go and also explained how to use it... Great place, Great service , Fully recommend for all your power equipment!

I was searching a while for a new snow blower and knew I wanted to get one of the heavier duty ones due to the amount of sidewalk we have. Having little luck with the big box stores I was happy to find a local business I could go to for questions. I met Daryl when I first went who was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to narrowing down my options. I went back about a week later and finished the transaction with Mike who was also great. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and courteous and the process was painless.

I couldn't be happier with their service! I had an old power washer - about 5-6 years old. They serviced it and now it works like it's brand new. They had a great pickup and delivery system and perfect turnaround time (about a week). Every person who works at Liffco is so nice and patient; they took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my power washer and taught me how to use it. I would HIGHLY recommend Liffco for any power washing needs.
