My mother and I was involved car accident in Asheville NC , living in Savannah,Ga not knowing who to call we were totally lost . Attorney Howard Spiva’s law firm pointed us in the right direction. He called Charles Monnett and his Law Firm in Charlotte N.C .. The Laws are complicated and different from state to state , Charles Monnett and his firm are TOP NOTCH ! Kelli is excellent and so caring . They got the most money for this accident.. At first I was hesitate about Attorneys after watching so many of them in TV commercials and the crazy shower commercials and standing on

After 9 years of receiving 3rd party disability benefits, the insurance company requested I do an independent medical exam. Shortly after the exam, I received a letter that my benefits would be terminated because according to the exam, I could do my work duties with no problem. This couldn't be further from the truth. Lauren Newton is absolutely fantastic! I contacted Charles G. Monnett III & Associates on October 3rd 2018, the day I had my wreck. Lauren immediately called me and set into motion. I honestly think it's BS this law firm kept me waiting in the dark over two months before Charles decidedly he didn't want 2 do his job and help me.Now thanks to the lingering long waiting time with no RESPONSE the case will go dead just like my daddy did Please please in the future don't keep potential idiots on hold like I was .And 4 the absolute love of God Charles if you're reading which I highly doubt you'll waste your precious time .Please don't false advertise

I have had horrible service. My case was very simple and I had to stay on top of them every step of the way. The most recent trouble began when I made a doctors appointment to get a referral for a specialist. After paying 84 dollars for the visit they called me 2 hours later to let me know that it fell through and I wouldnt be treated by them. I wasted my money to get a referral that wasnt needed because apparently it has not been important enough for them to call me back. Not to mention, if I want to know any information about my case, I have to call and call. When I finally get a call back it

In October 2010, my pregnant wife and I were in a horrendous accident in Charlotte, NC, caused by a drunk driver. We were struck head on by the driver travelling at nearly 100mph and sustained many life threatening injuries. We lost our unborn baby and were fighting to stay alive ourselves. This is not a time we could even think about an attorney, but fortunately people we care about found Mr. Monnett! I was involved in an accident with an uninsured driver, so i contacted the attorney that i had used in a previous case. I explained to them the situation and they advised me that there was no way that i would be able to recover anything so they would not take my case. I then contacted Charles Monnett & Associates and they accepted my case and i am happy to say that their expert staff was able to settle my case with the insurance companies for $128000.
