I hired this "contractor" to renovate an apartment. It has taken me months to fix the problems that he left behind. Daniel, the owner said that he is a licensed contractor and that he oversees all of the work. After he "finished" the job, I noticed that the grout was splitting in the joints of the tub, electric sockets were not working, and water wasn't filling the water heater. He said that he would fix everything. His workers fix the tub with the wrong grout... it looks terrible! Found out that he mickey moused the water lines to the water heater. Later it was discovered
