All Medical used to be a great business with which to do business but in the past 1-2 years, their service has taken a nose dive. After spending a ton of money on stairlifts in our home 4 years ago, they now are no longer authorized service providers. They were willing to set up a time to diagnose the problem which I did last week but today when I called to find out what time to expect the tech tomorrow, they had no record of the appointment. Now we are starting from scratch with another company and stuck not being able to safely navigate our home. Any other company is a better option.

All Medical (AM) bent the new power wheelchair just issued to my veteran husband and while responsible for transporting it to their shop for repair. Would not own up to it- we had to point it out and then call the VA to get it repaired. Since then, we made the effort to rely on Performance Medical.
Recently, we had a wc inspection with Performance Medical because the wc battery died on a $400 gel battery. Performance Medical (PM) came out and their professional tech thoroughly inspected the chair, finding the battery charger had failed also. Once I made the request to the VA, it was less than

We were just driving through Columbia heading to Florida for Christmas. My husbands dad informed us while we were on the road that the tire in his scooter was flat. We decided to stop at All Medical because, quite honestly, we couldn't find any other place between North Carolina and Florida. Chris and the woman worker (I didn't carton her name) were extremely pleasant to talk to. We didn't have much info to go on regarding the tire tube. Chris went out of his way to get in touch with the Rascal people to find out what we needed. These guys were also very reasonably priced. Would
