Services
Hialeah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a duly certified 276 bed rehabilitation center conveniently located only miles from the Hialeah Hospital. It is designed not as an end-point facility, but rather is a place where patients receive rehabilitation and recovery care to prepare them to return home.
Our physical therapy programs encompass therapeutic exercises, balance, gait, endurance training, and use of assistive devices such as walkers and canes. Specialized treatment programs include hip/knee orthopedic, cardiac rehabilitation, stroke and pain management. Occupational therapist strive to improve the skills needed for you or your loved one to return home.
Deciding on the right nursing home for yourself or your loved one is never easy. We want you to know that you do not have to make this decision on your own. Should the need arise for long term placement, our trained Social Workers are available to counsel, provide educational resources and discuss various placement options that will best benefit you or your loved one.

Close this place.unproffessional ..they don't know how to treat patient family members on patients last hours.they keep your love one together with other regular patients so u are allow to be w them only 13 minutes. 20 if you.fithg with them nurses are permitted to question and talked back like street person without any respect or tact

There are members of staff who are great and some who are not great at all...someone explain to me why if you did not allow family to visit the residents to “protect” them from COVID-19 do 240 residents and staff members end up testing positive?? Tell me why my grandfather who we were unable to see because they were protecting him ends up in a hospital which is also trash positive for COVID? My grandfather died alone in a hospital because of their negligence. He would frequently be sent to the hospital with UTI’s and infections because they would not change him. They steal the nice clothes

My mother has been in the center over 8 years and the staff and nurses take care of her needs daily. The activities staff are excellent. My Mom enjoys all the different activities each day. They listen to your concerns and are always willing to meet the needs of the patient. They demonstrate a lot of love and compassion to my Mom. I appreciate all that they do for my Mother. I'm very happy and pleased with the care she receives daily.

My father has been in this rehab center for over 5 years... the staff treat him like family, any needs that come up are taken care of quickly and timely. The administrator, social worker, or anyone that is needed are available to meet and listen to us voice our concerns. He is bathed everyday and loves the food. My dad enjoys the activities especially the bingo. I love the fact that this is the only place, as a healthcare worker myself, that separates the residents based on cognitive status. Definitely would recommend the place.

I volunteered at Hialeah Nursing and Rehab Center in the activities department and I was thrilled to be working with such fantastic people. They are always willing to make the residents stay as comfortable as possible and serve them in any way.They engage the residents and make it an enjoyable experience for them. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to be around. Many of the residents enjoy the staff and look forward to the daily activities that they put on.

I went into this location to apply for a job as a registered nurse after I found out the great services and amazing staff they have. I was truly amazed and surprised by this place right in the middle of Hialeah. I truly have never seen a nicer nursing home and rehab than what I saw here at this location. I love how much attention all the staff pays to details and they provide their patients with the very best and make them feel comfortable exactly as if they are still at their own home. I had my mother at this facility for rehabilitation services on two different occasions and each time was a great experience. All the staff from different departments were all every helpful. Each time she had gone in for rehabilitation she would have a fast recovery time. From all my family, we are grateful to the Hialeah Nursing and Rehab staff who made each experience educational and happy during these moments for my family.
