Marshall High School
Besides sharing a name, cousins Kevin Aldridge and Kevin Aldridge share a passion for mentoring. They come in once a week to help our students develop the leadership strategies and soft skills they need to be successful in the classroom and in the real world. Marshall High School is a unique high school serving students ages 15-21 who have been failed by traditional schools.

We know that every student learns differently. Our approach is to understand what each student needs to succeed and help them chart a path to graduation. Our flexible school hours, individualized learning plans, and lots of support from caring teachers allow each student to work at their own pace, earning credits towards graduation as quickly as they can or as slowly as they need to.
Services
Whether you're looking to get back in school or graduate early, we can help you earn your high school diploma, not just a GED. You can also earn your free industry certification in our Job Training Program. We know life can get in the way of school. Whether you need to work, take care of your new baby, or have other things going on, our school has flexible classes that work around your schedule.
When Brooklyn Harold first came to Marshall as a single mother on probation, it was her first step toward building a better life for herself and her son. While our graduation rates and state test scores are important, our biggest successes are our students. Seeing their faces light up when they realize they finally have a teacher who believes in them.
As an independent nonprofit organization, Marshall High School is governed by a dedicated group of community leaders who put our students' needs first, provide fiduciary oversight of public funds, and ensure compliance with all policies required by the Ohio Department of Education. The Marshall High School Board will meet on the dates below.
Easter Seals offers their DREAMS Program to our students, which empowers minority teens through reading, music, and other forms of artistic expression. Easter Seals provides amazing support for the students in our career tech program. They make sure our STNA students have new scrubs and proper shoes, outfit our construction students with uniforms and hard hats, and provide computers for our Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
If you have a passion for helping young adults get back on the path to success, a commitment to putting students' needs first, and a desire to be a part of a team that is willing to do whatever it takes to makes sure their students succeed, we want to talk to you! Everyone deserves a chance to receive a first-class education and being successful in life.
