After experiencing computer crashes and other issues, Charles Stouff decided to educate himself on computer services. He took classes at the Lancaster School of Technology and HACC where he gained the knowledge to complete the CompTia Technical Certifications. He then gained his technician license in 2001 and opened his storefront on Columbia Ave. in 2005.
This is the charge for diagnosing your computer's problem. After diagnostics, we will provide options and give a flat fee for repair. If the customer accepts repair, the $35 investigation fee is waived. If the customer does not repair system or if repair is denied but the customer chooses a data backup, the investigation fee still applies.
A+ PC offers all types of repair services for your PC or Mac, but we also offer computer parts for purchase for you to perform your own repairs and custom builds. Charles has a new customer. Had problems with my laptop screen. Charles diagnosed the problem, and replaced the screen within 24 hours (OK, don't hold him to this time as fortunately he had the screen in stock). The price was fair and within the bounds of his estimate. If any future problems arise with my computers or tablets, A+ PC is where I will go. He has my complete trust!
