Tbh I only gave Digital Sanity a call because other repair shops in the area were either closed that day, or only had open appointments when I was at work. But, I'm glad I gave them a call.
I had a twelve year old computer that just recently died on me, and went in without much hope of getting it running again. It only took a few minutes to diagnose the issue, and a quick fix was found that had my computer up and running the next day.
Unfortunately, all the hardware was pretty old, and I haven't done the best job of keeping the system away from dust and heat, so I did end up frying it again shortly

Nice enough to deal with but charged me twice to calibrate my monitor within 3 days of each, backed up data and reformatted and lost all my past sent mail which I had some I needed to keep, and cosidering he's working out of his tiny home as a second income $70.00 an hour seems just a bit steep to me when he has no overhead what so ever. I found someone not to far away that has the overhead and is less expensive and
