Since 1984, I have run my own law firm assisting people through the process of their personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security disability cases. I earned my law degree and Master of Arts in Public Administration at St. Louis University and am licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
I have worked as my husband, Jeffrey's, paralegal since he opened his firm in 1984. I am dedicated to helping the clients that walk through our doors find positive solutions to their problems. I assist Jeff with transcribing, telephone calls, bookkeeping, and various other tasks that contribute to the firm's and our clients' success.

In the early years, I worked exclusively in the South St. Louis area. Clients were seen at the South City office located on Hampton Avenue. My attorneys and I would schedule appointments with Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability.
Over time, I began getting clients from surrounding communities like Affton, Marlborough, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Maplewood, Brentwood, Clayton, University City, Crestwood, and Sunset Hills.After several years, another office was established in Overland. With the opening of that office my the firm began to represent clients from St. Ann, Florissant, University City, the outskirts of Clayton, St. Charles and Maryland Heights.

Jeff Swaney founded the Swaney Law Firm in 1984. He began practicing law in 1982 with the law firm of Evans and Dixon. The Swaney Law Firm started as a solo practice but began growing in the mid to late 1980s. Jeff received his college degree from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania in 1979.
