Wish I could select zero stars since I simply cannot get them to respond. Their "business" phone number appears to be someone's cell and no one EVER answers the phone, you can only leave a message. I have now emailed twice and left three phone messages and gotten NO RESPONSE. Message to the owners: if you're THAT busy, you can afford to pay someone to answer the phone, and maybe even hire another tech or two. And if you can't take on anymore business, don't advertise as if you can.

The NW Shine team thoroughly cleaned the moss from my composition roof and treated it through hail and rain the end of March. They were cheerful, hardworking, and polite. Their method using brushes to remove moss by hand helps extend the life of the roof. Many other companies do not take the time and care that NW Shine does for their customers.

Northwest Shine did a great job on my two story large home. My gutters were full and over flowing with leaves and pine needles. NW Shine cleaned them all out and made sure water ran down my downspouts. They were very prompt and professional. This is the second time I've used them. Both times were excellent!

I used them initially for cleaning Moss from my roof and then for pressure washing my sidings and driveway.
Miguel came by soon and gave me an estimate for the moss cleaning that was competitive. He came by on the appointed day and did a good job cleaning up all the moss. Since I liked the work he did, I had him come by and do pressure washing for the sidings on the house as well as driveway and back patio and also window cleaning.
Overall they did a excellent job at very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them.
