Bad experience this time. I had used Roof Rabbits a couple years ago & mistakenly assumed they would be okay. Deck left filthy, gate left open, plus charged double by a very old man who could hardly walk up my driveway the man he brought with him stayed in their truck. I'm sorry I used RR. Don't use them. Just sayn.

We needed to get the gutters cleaned in order to finalize the sale of our home. We called multiple times and finally had someone call us back. We spoke to Someone, gave him the address and he said he would be out the next day to give us an estimate. We waited three days and called back to see if the estimate was ready, but never reached anyone in person. I called back multiple times and never got a returned call.

Do Not Use. Gave me bid of for moss removal "between $200-$250" in November and we agreed to wait until May to do work. Now, in May, we first agreed on the previous bid amount, Tom said OK. Came and did work which was completely unsatisfactory, many areas still with moss, and left me a bill for $292. He said "Oh, you must have misunderstood my bid amount.....there's no way we would have done that for $200-$250 (yet I keep good notes and wrote it down). Then he was very angry to have to come back to remove rest of moss that they missed. When he arrived again, I showed him all

With so few reviews, I think it's important to share what a good job these guys did for us. They came out quickly, provided a very competitive estimate, and then ended up working on a holiday to get it done. The best part, was that at the end of the job they ended up charging us even less than estimated -- when does that ever happen?
