1. That we sell the house to someone who will love it as much as I do.
2. That I wanted to work with an honest realtor who had integrity because too many people get shifty when they sell their house and I didn't want to do that to someone.
3. If we can do the first two, then sell it at a good price.
Kim exceeded on all three counts! Of all the Realtors I interviewed she was the only one who focused on finding the perfect buyer. She sold it for 20% more than other Realtors were suggesting but to a family who beat out others for a house I know they will

Kim is amazing!!! She helped me find my new home and it’s perfect for my family. I’m a first time home buyer and she made my whole experience as stress free and as easy as possible, she helped find the home, set up my inspection and appraisal for me, she helped me find a great loan officer. Legacy Real Estate will be the only place I’ll ever go when I purchase a home. I felt like their first and only priority from the first meeting all the way to closing day. 10 out of 10 for sure

My experience with this company and Jeremy Perryman was EXCELLENT! Very patient and wouldn’t give up until he found me a home. It took a few months, but he was always very professional, and was looking several times a day, calling me about new listings. Everything went smoothly and closed on time. Would highly recommend Jeremy and would definitely call him again for myself and for my friends and family.
