They are the utmost professional here! They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable, to explain the procedure, and check in to make sure you're feeling good throughout. I drove quite far to go here out of all of the other spas for laser hair removal, and I'm glad I did! Their appointments are always on time and their scheduling is super streamlined and easy to use. Can recommend it enough!

I have been coming here for a year and the customer service is stellar every time. Natalia is sweet and professional which makes the experience wonderful. After my facials, I leave feeling radiant and relaxed. The laser tattoo removal was significantly noticeable after 1 session. I recommend her to everyone that I know.

This was an upsetting experience. I came to this Med Spa through Groupon. I called 3 times over a week and a half before my call was returned only to be told that she only does online booking. It was a very confusing website to book through and then it demanded that I provide my financial information before I could book the service. I then called back - again - and was told that they still demand financial information before they’ll book for Groupon. Beware!
