Matt called me to let me know that rates had dropped for car insurance. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and explained several options for my car and home owner's policies. I am definitely going to switch from AAA this February. I do not like changing policies in November- January. Thank you for being so thorough and for following up with phone calls. If you had not called back, I may not have made the switch.

Called in and spoke with Ashley! Super kind and very helpful! Gave me all the information I need and some! (Knowledge is power!). Anyway she gave me quotes on my cars and even followed up with me a few days later to see if I had come up with any questions! Most comfortable conversation I’ve ever had with and insurance agent! I have been working with Matt Brownell at State Farm and couldn't be more pleased with the service he has provided. I called to get my car removed from my parents’ plan and have my own policy opened up (the car was a gift from my mom). Brendan was very helpful and efficient; he called me back with a quote within 10 minutes and was able to get me a lower premium than I initially expected. He was kind to me, answered all of my questions and explained terminology that I was unfamiliar with in a very patient and accessible manner.
Mariah also got in contact with me very shortly to obtain some information to complete the paperwork so that I would have continual coverage. She was very kind and professional.
