I have been an agent since 2002 servicing Folsom CA, El Dorado Hills CA, Granite Bay CA and surrounding communities. Prior to being an agent, I graduated from California State University Chico with a BS in Business in 1994. In 1995, I was hired by State Farm as an Auto Adjuster, and thus began my State Farm career.
I have been married to my lovely wife Esther since 2003 and together we have 2 great children (Tristan 16 and Sienna 13). As a resident of Folsom, I take great pride in our community and I strive to be the first choice for Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Financial Services. We understand that providing prompt and accurate service to our customers is of the upmost importance.

We have been State Farm customers for awhile now, but didn't really care for our agent. After comparing costs with other companies, we realized we had a good value and just needed to find a new agent. We selected Dan Normoyle and our experience has been great. I filed a windshield claim after a huge crack appeared in my windshield. Tong helped me and did a great job. She reassured me, gave me options for repair and then coordinated the repair. I didn't even have to be home for the repair. Insurance is insurance. It's always the people who count the most! Thank you so much!!!

Working with Tong Thao is always a pleasure. She’s very responsive and helps work with us to get us the best rates possible. I enjoy being able to contact her knowing I’ll always receive excellent, personable, professional customer service. These days it’s hard to find that with companies. I was working with an agent(Tong Thao). Tong was able to get me vehicle quotes and talked about the policy/plans. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting me setup with the vehicle insurance. Had a great service from getting the car insured and getting the policies setup for the new vehicle.
