Bought a BE 276RA pressure washer from Home Depot after reading reviews of this product. Brought it home and discovered that the quick coupler on the wand for the wash tips was defective. Contacted BE and received a new coupler within 5 business days. They were friendly and quick. Also, because of reviews where the engine mount bolts came loose, I went and lock-tited each of the 4 bolts. Used the unit several times and works well.

The staff at BE Power equipment provided me some of the best customer service I received in a long time...A couple of days before Christmas, they helped me diagnose the problem with my pump and offered an alternative right away. Due to COVID I was not able to go back to the store of the original purchase so they found another supplier that was willing to send me a replacement by courier over the holidays. The staff even sent me a few emails until they were satisfied the product had arrived. Kudo's to a great team at BE.

Just received my new BE genarator and I couldn't be happier. The guys at BE were awesome to work with and my generator arrived in record time. I made the mistake of buying Generac generation and it woudln't start so I had to pack everything back up and return it. That's when I decided to make the switch to BE. As soon as I unpacked my BE genarator it started right away and powered all of my appliances wihtout issue. For Xmas 2019, my wife bought me a BE Pressure Washer from Home Depot. I have the 2700psi, 2.5gpm unit (gas). Model BE276RA. I began using it In the spring of 2020. After reading the instruction manual, I found operating the pressure washer very easy. This August the pressure hose developed a hole in it. I contacted BE and spoke with Ted and Daniela. Both people were extremely easy to deal with. They were very friendly and professional. As promised, they sent me a brand new hose via Purolator and I received it the very next day. Other than the hose issue I have never had any other problems with

There really isn't enough that I can say to express how impressed I am with BE and their staff of consummate professionals. I have a 12 year old BE 3100 PSI pressure washer that has roughly 25 hours on it. I couldn't get it started no matter what I tried (turns out bad fuel was the cause). In frustration I contacted BE and spoke with Daniela who was extremely pleasant. She then put me in contact with Ted who extended a true "White Glove" service experience.
