Purchased my John Deere from Grubers, and recently had some work done there. They did an amazing job, with very quick turn around, and amazing customer service. Absolutely nothing less then amazing. Absolutely by far the worst place in the world. Pompous, arrogant liars and thief's. Bought a $3500 ZTR Toro rider 50 days ago. It stopped working. Called them to service it. Guy who claimed he was an "owner" took zero responsibility. Literally said to me "do you think it's our fault it doesn't work"!!!! What???? I bought it from you, idiot! Wanted to charge me $200 to come pick it up for service. I have cut the lawn three times with it. He told me if it were 2-3 weeks old (sorry it's 6 weeks old) that they'd pick it up for free. Stopped in to buy a string trimmer and a mower, no price tags on their mowers, and couldn’t get anyone to assist me, so I ended up leaving. Will buy elsewhere...maybe they’re better at service? I’m not sure, but they are terrible at sales. I feel like sending them a bill for my time and gas money! Haha! You’ve been warned...

I purchased a John Deere tractor from Grubers last Saturday and I can't say enough good things about Gruber's Power Equipment. Gregg was very responsive in answering my emails and spent all the time I needed when going over the tractor with me. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. Everyone there was super friendly and on top of all that, he gave me the best price of three other John Deere dealers. I would highly recommend Grubers for all your lawn equipment needs.

The staff do not wear masks, and they don't enforce masks with customers. When I told them that we are in the market for a new mower, but won't come back because of their lax approach to public health, the cashier just shrugged.
We try to patronize local businesses, but Gruber's is definitely off the list, due to their irresponsible attitudes.

Great place for Lawn power equipment.
They treat you well and will instruct you on how to use you new lawn equipment. My wife got her new riding mower and they answered every question she asked in great detail. Took their time and treated us very professionally.

I brought a ice auger in because they said they would have it done in a week as they should,only takes 15 minutes for a tune up,and 6 days later I called before my fishing trip I was going on and they said it would be another few days waiting for a part,my guess is they forgot about it and made the part excuse.When I talked to Greg he said it would be easy because it is an American engine and they can get what they need for it.So now 12 days for a tune up and no fishing trip,first and last time here.Think about ALL your customers not just the big ones and be a little nicer about things on the phone

Tried to get help in buying a part. The young lady at the counter didn't know anything about the parts and said she would get someone. When "someone" showed up she directed them to the next customer, ignoring me. When I complained the owner (her father) threw me out of the store.
He was obviously protecting her but I wish he would train her if she is going to work here.
