The wax tech was using tweezers on me, (TWEEZER!!) I have gotten wax before and never has that been use. The wax she use on me was piping hot. I never had to scream before because the wax was Hot, and she didn't even warn me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with waxing. I give 2 star because the facility was clean and nice, and the receptionist was pleasant. I like the discount I got.

All around 5 stars earned!! I was very impressed start to finish. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. The receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable. They sent me a text confirmation the day of so I wouldn’t forget (which I definitely would have). The facility is super clean and very nice. The wax tech Sierra was went above and beyond for me. She was super personable and did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable during the whole experience. She’s a true professional. She got me waxed efficiently while still being thorough. Made the whole experience a lot less painful.
