Even though it’s a pain to ship my equipment to the Cosmetic Laser Warehouse, I do it. Why? Because after trying out other so called repair experts, and having nothing but problems, I found this company and I never have a problem with service since. My lasers are fixed right the first time. And they are fast too.

We needed a second laser for our new aesthetic laser center. We were down to either purchasing a Cutera XEO or a Starlux 500. Shawn, the owner of Cosmetic Laser warehouse talked us into going with the Starlux 500 because it would be a better option from a reliability standpoint. We highly recommend Shawn and this company. We made our final selection for the systems he had in inventory and received it in 3 days. The equipment we received was exactly as advertised.

We bought a Palomar Icon from Cosmetic Laser Warehouse in South Florida. We traveled to their showroom to personally review the equipment as we were nervous about buying a second hand laser system. The owner was great, he demonstrated how the Icon works and we actually picked out the model we wanted as he had five to choose from. We got 4 handpieces for the system as well. Despite our anxiety this has been one of the best purchases we made for our business.

Last month our Starlux 300 would not turn on. We searched online for a third party laser service company and contacted the Cosmetic Laser
Warehouse. After some questions over the phone, it was quickly determined that it was the power supply, so we shipped them our unit to be fixed as they already had power supplies for the 300 in stock. As promised they replaced the power supply and immediately shipped our Starlux back to us – we wound up being down only for a handful of days. We are really pleased with the care and service we received this business.
