Great customer service which is key in any business. Spoke to Sue the owner and she was wonderful and help me get set up. I met with Mona who took care of me for three sessions and I saw the results on the second treatment as my hair is really corse. Best please ever. I’m going to miss you ladies. Sorry I had to move. Hope to find a new place as great as you all.

I don't really ever review a company but Ive had such a good experience I wanted to share it with others who are thinking about going with them. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I had never done it before and didn't know what to expect. When scheduling they are so thorough with their tips of what to do to prep for the appointment it made me feel so much better going in to the first one. They also didn't treat me any different purchasing from Groupon, which I have had other companies do. I did a few of my initial appointments with a lady that was substituting temporarily

Got my first treatment by Humera today which was great! She was so thorough and always offered to accommodate if I was feeling any pain. (Which I didn’t so if it’s your first time getting laser don’t be scared!). Prior to coming I spoke to Sue who was great at communicating with me and answering my questions. I was looking for a laser hair removal place locally and I’m so happy I stumbled here. My friends and family that were referred here also love it Great staff and beautiful, clean place.
