WARNING! Do not use this service, EVER! I confirmed our reservation, made sure they knew where to pick us up. They didn't show up, didn't answer phone calls, text messages or emails. Almost missed our flight after driving ourselves to the airport. Then they come to pick us up at the airport and told me their records show they picked us up and drove us to the airport. What a racket this place has. I am letting everyone I know exactly what happened and would discourage anyone from ever using Gig Harbor Limo.

Do not use this service! I called for a reservation for a car to the airport at 5am. I called the day before to confirm. I waited in front of my house until 5:25a and they didn't even answer their phone! It went to voice mail! They never called even to apologize! They left me in a terrible bind, I missed my flight to east coast! Do not use them!
