3. All cancellations should be communicated to Grand Central Management as soon as possible. Should you need to cancel a function, please note that same day cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Nova lox garnished with lettuce, lemon, tomatoes, red onion and capers served with freshly baked bagels and cream cheese.

Food is great- coffee is wonderful, staff leaves a lot to be desired. Very rude and short with everyone they talk to. When they called my name incorrectly and I repeated my name to make sure they were calling me, the young lady answered,”Whatever.” And walked away. Notice their sign and heed their warning.

I used to go here while attending MU - always loved it! I'm back in the area and stopped in for the first time in years - still delicious!! I've been craving a lavender coffee and GC has them 😍 These are the closest to a Jersey bagel that I've found in Lancaster so far. I'm surprised by the negative reviews - the whole staff was nice and pleasant today. The man on register was soo sweet, wish I knew his name to pay him a compliment! He suggested I try a London fog with lavender - so I'll be back to try one. 💜

Bought 4 carrot cake muffins today....2 for us and 2 for our neighbors. Was so excited to see them since you didn't have them for months. Needless to say, wish I hadn't. They were apparently left in oven too long. They were very, very dark and tasted burnt. The cream cheese icing wasn't the same either.
I actually apologized to my neighbors. Hopefully, they will get back to what they use to be.

Excellent coffee. Very good breakfast sandwich. Service was quick. But I will not be forced to buy a cookie so I meet the five dollar minimum credit charge. Charge me more for my coffee, no problem. I understand credit card fees are high. That is the cost of doing business. Leaves a bad Taste in my mouth. This business was not hurting. A constant line. I understand to some of this may not be a big deal. But unfortunately to me it is. This place suffers from good business but it is only a matter of time until the next good business comes along they let you use a credit card. And yes the lady at

Like some of the reviews have mentioned the biggest downside to this place is customer service, which I feel comes from the management. Not only are they downright unfriendly at times, but they continually drop the ball in areas of execution such as timeliness, attention to detail, and customer retention. Also, they will nickel and dime you for everything possible. They have a $5 minimum for credit cards; the other day my order was $4.98 and they refused to allow my credit card. One day, hopefully soon, another bagel cafe will open in the area and it will blow them out of the water. I love good

Absolutely the best bagel I have had in PA. Do I know a good bagel, spent enough time working in NYC to have tried many. But sadly they suffer from slow service, cream cheese on a bagel shouldn't take 10 min when your the 5th person to walk in the store. If you don't mind the wait you won't be disappointed. If I go back it will be for a pick up and make my own.
